Mermaid "Mug Shot"

We celebrated Jesus's Birthday mermaid style. :) We attended the Christmas Eve Children's Service at TWUMC and Halle met up with her friends Jack & Avery. We had the evening planned out...Dinner, Jesus's Birthday cake, presents, Christmas Carols...it was going to be glorius! Well, Halle was worn out from all of the festivities and ended up going to bed by 7:00. What can I say? We are learning to have realistic expecations.

We spent Christmas Day with Marmy & Opa and all of their Great Grandparents! What a blessing to have all four Great Grandparents together! Halle wore her Little Mermaid costume all day. She wasn't comfortable but with all of the attention she received it didn't matter to her. What a fun day with family! We enjoyed the wonderful meal MooMa and Marmy prepared! Thank you!!!

Sweet Halle

Madelyn Ann Murchison

Congratulations Christa and Michael! Madelyn Ann Murchison arrived on September 28th and she is absolutely precious! Halle and I went to meet Baby Madelyn and all Halle wanted to do was hold her. She wasn't sure about Mommy holding Baby Madelyn, so we'll see how that goes.

Fun With Brie and Brookie!!!

We spent the morning at Brie and Brookie's house. Halle loves playing with Brie and Brookie! They always have a super time entertaining each other. Halle got to jump in their new "jumpoline" and they played dress up and enjoyed the day. :)

What is Halle up to?

Here are a couple of pictures to let you know what Halle is up to. Halle likes to stay busy with activities to fill up the day. She goes to school two days a week and has started ballet. She loves them both and I am grateful! After her 1st day of school she said, "Garrett is so cute!" I can't believe she is already talking about boys....We are in trouble!

After naptime she likes to play with her best friends Cally and Marly. If you know what an animal lover I am, you realize how much this grosses me out. The amount of time she spends with the dogs is unbelievable and you can imagine how lovely she smells when she comes inside, but they keep her happy and that makes me happy. Another activity she loves is dress up. :)

We celebrated Anna's 4th Birthday Party at "Pump it Up." Anna and Bo are two of Halle's favortie playmates. We love Anna and had a great time playing on all of the inflatables!

Yikes Hurricane Ike

Needless to say, the hurricane was difficult for everyone and we didn't suffer much loss compared to those south of us...Praise God! My Parent's neighborhood was hit pretty hard and they went without power for two weeks. We stayed at my Parent's house for three nights and Halle was exhausted. We ended up going home after that and "camped out" for a couple of days...at least it felt like camping out.
